The mission of the Canadian Institute of Total Biology of Living Beings is to assure the integrity of the concept of Total Biology of Living Beings, to further its expansion throughout Canada, by various news medias, by the organization of seminars, conferences and all other methods including electronic diffusion.

The goals of the Association are purely philanthropic and without the purpose of any financial gains for its members. More precisely, our mutual goals are:

1- Form a not-for-profit organization of individuals who are interested in Total Biology of Living Beings told in the form of natural histories comparing the three reigns: plant, animal and human;

2- Organize and present seminars on Total Biology of Living Beings for those who wish to use this in their daily life and/or in their professional activities, as well as for all those who may wish to share this knowledge;

3- Promote the research and development of Total Biology of Living Beings;

4- Encourage a state of optimal health by the expansion of the knowledge stemming from Total Biology of Living Beings;

5- Assure the integrity of Total Biology of Living Beings;

6- Accept from all donors, donations, bequests and other monetary contributions, with movable or immovable value, administer such donations, bequests and contributions; organize financial activities with the goal to recruit funds to meet the Corporation's financial needs;

7- Organize and hold all other activities mentioned above, notably by public funding;

8- The object of the contract does not entitle however to subscribers or their eligible party or parties to recover by any means monetary sums that were advanced to the Corporation.
