In 2006, the Canadian Institute of Total Biology board of directors took the necessary steps with the CIPO Canadian Intellectual Property Office of Canada to reserve the following terms:
- Biologie totaleTM
- Total Biology®
- Déprogrammation biologiqueTM
- Biological Deprogramming®
On February 12th 2010, we received the validation of our tradmarks request from the (CIPO) Canadian Intellectual Property Office of Canada.
The Canadian Institute of Total Biology (CIBT) is thus now the official owner of the terms above, and is thus legitimized to claim it the exclusive use for their members.
